We want you to love what you wear. Because each t-shirt is made to order, all sales are final—we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for size, fit, or change-of-mind.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we’re here to make it right.
To qualify for a replacement, please email us within 7 days of delivery at info@howardstonetees.com with a clear photo of the defect or damage and your order number. Once reviewed and approved, we’ll send a replacement item at no additional cost.
Please note: We do not offer refunds or replacements for damage caused by wear, washing, or misuse.
